Before you use this checklist: you don't build these — they're built in and matched to your assets. To put one on someone's phone, create an inspection (or a job) on the asset and pick the checklist. A checklist only appears for the right asset type. See How to Use a Checklist.
Use this to flag a problem with the meter. "Inaccessible" = you could not reach or read it this visit; "Damaged or Faulty" = the meter is broken, unreadable, or its display is faulty and needs attention. A flag raises a defect so it can be followed up.

Record the current index shown on the electricity meter, in kWh. For a single-rate meter record the one figure. (Economy 7 / two-rate meters with separate day and night registers are not covered by this template yet — record the main register and note the second in the task.) Decimals are accepted.
