Whole-building Sweeps for council premises walked end to end in one pass — halls, pavilions, libraries, entertainment venues, public toilets and beach huts. One item at a time, for condition, cleanliness, safety and fabric.
Most building types now offer two sweeps in the checklist picker: the general Building Sweep below — the fabric, services, security and fire checks common to any building — plus a shorter focused sweep for that type's own fixtures. A public toilet, for example, gets the Building Sweep for the fabric and the slimmer Public Toilet Sweep for the toilet fittings. A common pattern is to run the focused sweep often and the general Building Sweep less frequently, but you choose. (The Beach Hut Sweep is the exception — it's a standalone check and isn't paired with the Building Sweep.) For a single room within a building, use the Room Sweeps.
